We are looking for an experienced pizzaiolo for a full time possition. You should enjoy working in a hectic environment and have a possitive attitude. You need to work independently as well as being a good team player. You are structured, service minded and motivated.

A position with us will involve everyday prep, preparing the pizza and following the HACCP-system. You must have relevant experience, be able to handle stress and we require that you kan speek and understand English.

Who we are:

Grano is a well-known pizzeria for its dynamic pace, especially on weekends, where we serve up to 300 customers. We specialize in authentic Italian pizza, with particular attention to high-quality ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere. For 5 years, we have been a reference point in Trondheim, and we are ready for a new opening in November.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes from the à la carte menu according to quality standards

• Ensure accuracy in quantities and cooking

• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to HACCP sanitary codes

• Work efficiently under pressure in a high-energy environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least two years as a Pizzaiolo

• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in English

• Ability to work at a fast pace and in a team, maintaining a positive attitude

Details:

• Full-time (about 150-160 hours/month)

• Initial 6-month contract with the possibility of renewal for an indefinite period

• 5 weeks of vacation
