Responsibilities: Create an unforgettable overall experience for the pub's guests. Prepare dishes according to established routines and profitability goals. Daily mise en place, lunch service, conference dinners, and special events. Follow standard procedures and hotel routines for food handling and hygiene. Ensure cleanliness in the kitchen, back areas, and storage spaces. Qualifications: Proficient in high-quality food preparation. Proficiency in Norwegian or English. Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
