We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Projects & Development team within the Global Logistics department at Circle K.

The Projects & Development team is supporting Circle K’s Global Logistics Organization and is responsible for driving improvements in our operations both related to business processes and technology. The team consist of Project Managers, System & Solution Specialists as well as Logistics SMEs, located on multiple locations worldwide. To strengthen the team we are now searching for a Senior Consultant, Projects & Development, to be an all-round resource supporting the broader Global Logistics project portfolio. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and implement processes and improvements across our operations to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Lead and/or support deployment and enhancement of systems and solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of global and regional stakeholders.
• Work closely with our operations and planning teams, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities in the organization, ensuring consistent use of best practices and systems.
• Lead and/or support in change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, integrating new approaches to continuously improve processes.

Your Background:

• MSc in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Economics, or related fields.
• Experience from management consulting or working in complex global organizations.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management.
• Experience working with digital transformation is an advantage.
• Basic coding knowledge or IT-related education is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
