Uni Sushi & Izakaya in stunning Hardanger is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic sushi cook with a strong desire to learn and grow with us.

If you are passionate about Japanese cuisine, eager to explore both classic and Nikkei-style sushi, as well as izakaya sharing dishes and excited to contribute to our unique culinary style, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Prepare classic and Nikkei-style sushi with creativity and care, contributing to our unique culinary vision

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all preparations

• Embrace a learning mindset, being open to training and collaborating on menu development

• Work independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in sushi preparation or culinary training and is eager to learn more about classic and Nikkei styles

• Is passionate, self-motivated, and adaptable to new techniques and flavors

• Works well independently but values team collaboration and continuous improvement

• Can work evenings and weekends as required
