Seasonal Employment Opportunity -- Night Receptionist

Contract Duration: October to the end of March.

Shift: 11:00 PM -- 07:00 AM (Full-Time Seasonal)

St. Elisabeth is a spa hotel located in Tromsø, featuring a sky bar restaurant on the fifth floor. For our winter season we are seeking professional and dependable Night Receptionists to join our front office team. This role is key to ensuring a seamless and secure guest experience during overnight hours.

Opportunity for permanent hire may occur depending on our staffing need.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in late-arriving guests in a courteous and efficient manner

• Perform night audit procedures and maintain accurate records

• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor hotel security and ensure the safety of guests and staff overnight

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as required

• Manage reservations and handle administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front office or customer service is an advantage but not required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed during the season
