We are seeking a skilled and motivated Researcher/Bioinformatician to join our Precision Medicine team to cover a maternity leave. The position is an 80 percent temporary position.
We are focused on the implementation of extended molecular diagnostics using next-generation sequencing (NGS) for personalised cancer treatment and inclusion in clinical studies. The activities of this position are closely related to the national network InPreD (Infrastructure for Precision Diagnostics). The successful candidate will support ongoing projects on genomics, focusing on NGS data analysis and computational workflows. Divisjonen har drift på Nordbyhagen, Ski, Kongsvinger og Gardermoen og har en sentral plass i pasientbehandlingen ved landets største akuttsykehus. Vi tilbyr utredning og behandling i sengeområder, overvåkingsenheter, dagbehandling og poliklinikk, og har ansvaret for sykehusets akuttmottak. Divisjonen har et stort og aktivt forskningsmiljø, og egen forskningsavdeling.
