We are now looking for an Implementation Project Manager to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding of our clients onto the Seamless platform.

About the Position

• Lead client onboarding projects, ensuring a smooth transition to the Seamless platform.
• Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations.
• Customize and configure the platform to meet client needs.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
• Work closely with product, development, and support teams to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Identify and solve challenges quickly, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Essential:

• Experience in project management, preferably within the digital transformation              space of the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel occasionally, mostly within the Nordics.

✅ Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of insurance portfolio migrations.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, AWS.
• Experience working with Scandinavian companies.
• Norwegian language proficiency is a plus.
