🌟 What you will do:
As a Backend & Machine Learning Engineer on the Product team, your job will be to:

• Research, develop, and improve.
• Continuously improve the platform while looking out for new opportunities.
• Be responsible for all the stages of the feature development cycle
• Discuss ideas, design, and take part in workshops
• Coordinate with other teams to deliver features of high complexity
• Release features to thousands of users
• Talk directly to customers (if you are comfortable with that)

🌟 Who we think you are:

• 3+ years experience with backend development
• Experience with Python and Django; Nodejs or Elixir is a plus
• Experience with Postgresql, MongoDB, or other SQL/NoSQL databases
• Commitment to the craft and the collaboration involved. Peer reviewing, and writing robust, reusable, and testable code.
• Understanding of scalability and performance
• Ability to lead or self-organize a project through the entire feature development life cycle

• DevOps
