We are currently seeking a Cook for a hotel located 2-hour drive from Trondheim.

Requirements:

1. Prepare, cook, and present à la carte and banquet dishes according to recipes and standards.

2. Hygiene and Food Safety: Adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations -- HACCP. Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with the head chef, sous chef, other cooks, and waitstaff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant and kitchen.

4. Efficiency: Contribute to the quick and efficient preparation of meals, especially during busy periods.

5. Grill Station: Manage the grill station, and prepare and plate dishes for our "games & grill" concept.

Working period: 10.03. - 20.12.2025

Accommodation: 630.83 NOK/month Staff accommodation. You will have your own room with a shared kitchen and bathroom.

Salary: 230.00 - 250.00 NOK/h

Average working hours is 154 / month

The approximate salary with normal hours is 250.00 *154 * 12.00% = 43120 NOK before taxes (~25.00)

Salary additions

Sunday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour

Overtime addition 50.00 %

Saturday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour

Vacation addition 12.00 %

Night time addition 54.76 NOK/Hour

Evening time addition 15.65 NOK/Hour

National holiday addition 100.00 %

Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
