What You Will Do:

As part of our versatile team, you will primarily work in reception and the shop but also assist with housekeeping when needed. Your duties will include:

• Reception work, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest support.

• Providing excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email.

• Housekeeping duties as required.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop and reception area.

• Pricing and displaying products in the shop.

• Restocking and checking deliveries.

• Work shiftwork; so, both daytime and evenings, and weekends.

Requirements:

• Advanced level of English.

• A friendly, service-minded attitude and a high standard of customer care.

• Previous experience in hotel work is an advantage.

• Good computer skills and understanding of different systems.

• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and high cleaning standards.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork.

• Willingness to assist with different tasks.

• Valid driving license is mandatory (category B).

• Valid permission to work in Norway.

Availability:

• Applicants must be available for at least a 4-month period starting from May.
